GoutMe asks one thing of you: log a flare when it hits. Sleep, skin temperature, heart rate, water, weather and the weather are collected on their own, and the app compares your flare days with your clear ones. Here is what that looks like, and the three ways to start.
Log itOne tap, even at 3 a.m. Details later, or never

Bring it alongA report of what was found, for your GP or rheumatologistNo. Log a flare when it hits; that is the only thing you have to do. Location, a wearable, your calendar and Apple Health or Health Connect are each optional and each explained before you grant them. Without a wearable you still get weather, food and the things you tap.
The log, the reliefs and the medicine list work from the first minute. Patterns need at least three logged flares before the app can compare anything, and they firm up as more days come in.
A morning risk notification and an evening check-in are on by default; both can be switched off under Notifications. The setup questions are one-time facts, and you can change them from Profile.
